Q: What are the food options at the gala?
A: Our gala will feature a delicious Mexican-themed dining experience. Guests can choose from the following entrée options, all served with rice, beans, and warm tortillas:

Carne Asada – Grilled steak, marinated to perfection and served with traditional seasonings.

Pollo a la Parrilla – Juicy, grilled chicken with a flavorful blend of spices.

Camarones al Mojo de Ajo – Succulent shrimp sautéed with onions and mushrooms in a rich garlic butter sauce.
To complement your meal, we will also be serving aguas frescas, including horchata (a sweet rice and cinnamon drink) and jamaica (a refreshing hibiscus tea).
How to Select Your Meal:
After purchasing your ticket, you will be prompted to select your food option. If you are purchasing an individual ticket, please provide your first name and meal choice. If you are reserving a table, please list the first names of each guest and their meal selection.
